Pre - Construction

A project’s success is determined during pre-construction. This is when we get to know the client and their goals. Budgets and schedules are created. Design partners and subcontractors are selected based on the needs and style of the project. Diligence during pre-construction means reduced costs later and a streamlined construction phase moving forward.

Construction

Planning during pre-construction allows us to then focus on our favorite part of any project: construction. During construction, we work with the design team and our partners to ensure the project is being completed as it was envisioned. An experienced North Fork superintendent is dedicated to each job site to ensure the plan conceived during pre-construction is executed with precision.

Future Home Care

We make sure the home you love stays in tip-top shape for generations to come by putting its care in the capable hands of the people who built it. Long after a home is complete, we stand behind our work and stay invested by offering routine maintenance and on-call service. We offer twice a year scheduled walkthroughs to inspect for areas that require maintenance and are available for on-call service for any issues that may arise.
